Ingredients

  1. 1 Galia melon
  2. 30 g EVOO
  3. 40 g Lemon juice
  4. 1 Teaspoon of salt
  5. Ground black pepper
  6. Chopped fresh mint leaves

Method

Leave the melon in the fridge for several hours. Dice the melon and mix with the rest of the ingredients except the mint. Serve in a dish and add some mint for decoration.
