VICASOL has a Normative Compliance Plan that aims to develop an effective control and management of the Legal and Normative Compliance that applies in accordance with Vicasol’s Compliance Policy. A Compliance Committee has been created to look out for the prevention of any irregularity or illegal act, as well as to solve any doubt, complaint or proposal for improvement that employees, partners or collaborators could make or urge, either they regard the relation among them or with groups of interest.
PRINCIPLES
The Compliance Committee governs according to the following principles:Confidentiality, Honorability, Equity, Hearing, Objectivity and Independence.
PARTICIPANT OR COMPLAINANT PARTY PROTECTION
The Compliance Committee shall make sure that no retaliation is held against the person or persons who made inquiries, reports or complaints in good faith.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Committee guarantees confidentiality to those who use any of the channels available. All the communications shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
