1.1. Applicable normative
Our Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 by the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, which regards the protection of natural persons on personal data processing and on the free circulation of these data, and which repeals the 95/46/CE Directive (General Data Protection Regulations). The User confirms to be over 14 years old and thus possesses the legal capacity needed to give consent regarding the processing of personal data, according to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

The collected data belong to the identification category, such as: name and surname, telephone, address, company, email, as well as the IP address from which the data collection form is accessed.

Due to our commitment to ensure security and confidentiality on your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid their alteration, loss, non-authorized processing or access, in view of the state of technology, the nature of the collected data and the risks to which it is exposed, following the Article 32 of EU GDPR 679/2016.

No national or international data transfers are foreseen, except for those authorized by the tax, commercial and telecommunication legislations and for those cases in which a judicial authority requires us to do so.

Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation whether we are processing personal data concerning them or not. Likewise, and according the provisions of 11 July 34/2002 Law by the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, by filling the data collection form and checking the box “I agree to receive electronic communications”, you are giving your express consent to receive information about the Company via email, telephone, fax or other electronic means.
